Strength training makes you a better runner, walker, golfer, bowler, desk jockey,……. it makes you better at LIFE!
A proper strength training program teaches you how to move—how to walk, pick things up, put them down, get a child out of a car seat—do what you want to do without getting hurt.
We train movements, not muscles--not bodybuilding style!
Each session begins with an alignment check to determine how the coach may adjust the day’s workout to fit your needs. That’s followed by a warm-up, strength training, and mobility exercises.
We offer power training and a host of short-term programs, such as Glute Camp, Ski Training, and Athletic Skills Camp for youth.
Private Training (1-1) is for beginners and anyone with issues that need to be addressed.
Personal Training (2-4) is the best fit for most clients. Scheduling is flexible, it’s less expensive, and exercise is fun with friends!
Corrective Exercise
People suffer unnecessarily or limit their activity because they don’t know that the aches and pains they attribute to “getting older” or “bad genes” usually are a result of muscle imbalances.
These muscle imbalances can cause pain in the foot, ankle, knee, hip, low back or neck; rotator cuff impingement; tendonitis, and faulty posture.
Certain exercises correct muscle imbalances and alleviate pain. Addressing these issues will make you feel more youthful, energetic, and free of pain.
