Kate has been involved in dance, softball, tennis, volleyball, cheerleading and running since she was young. After college, although busy work schedules and family took up more time, Kate continued exercising, but kept looking for something more. She has taken Pilates, yoga and barre but it wasn’t until she tried TRX that she realized what she longed for—exercise that brings out your inner athlete! Kate loves TRX because it
powers your body for everyday life. It offers a core-centered total body workout combining cardio and strength. And, it’s just FUN!! She is now a TRX Suspension and Rip coach and enjoys teaching people of all fitness levels the many benefits of this awesome workout. Kate is married with three girls. She loves that her girls are learning that exercise should be a fun part of life … because if it is fun, you will stick with it!
