Madison Cleckler has created the premier maternal fitness program in the area, with both Pre/postnatal classes and Mom & Baby classes. Pre/postnatal training focuses on strength training for momma needs, whether that momma is nursing, barely sleeping, dealing with diastasis recti or pelvic floor issues, or chasing a mobile baby or toddler. The class focuses on staying active and easing common pregnancy or post-pregnancy complaints, such as low back pain, knee pain, and pelvic pain. This postnatal training program helps rehabilitate the core and pelvic floor by focusing on proper alignment and strengthening the weak links. The Mom & Baby class is a great way to move your body while entertaining your baby! The class focuses on strengthening your body for movements you use in everyday life—that baby will only get heavier!— as well as training proper posture while holding and feeding your baby. Changing, feeding, and moving around with baby is totally allowed in this class. These classes are great for connecting with other moms and moms-to-be.
