We offer a variety of group training classes:
SMART classes—Strength and conditioning that’s Measurable, Accessible to All, Research-based, and Time-efficient. Taught by certified personal trainers, strength training exercises (pushes, pulls, squats, hinges, etc.) and conditioning exercises (kettle bells, battle ropes, agility ladder, slide, medicine balls, etc.) change monthly, allowing participants to truly see improvements in strength and technique. The 45 minute format makes it easy to fit your workout into a busy day.
TRX Training uses your bodyweight coupled with gravity to give you a fun, fast-paced and effective workout. TrainSmarter TRX offers a variety of class formats, including both suspension and rip training, and balances cardio and strength workouts to keep your body improving each time you come. TRX classes are adaptable to all fitness levels.
Reflexsiv Yoga uses the suspension trainer to make yoga poses either more accessible or more challenging, depending on the needs of the participant.
